including Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. About these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and GenZ-KPI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using GenZ-KPI or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms — including the Cancellation and Refund sections below.

2. Our service

GenZ-KPI is an online subscription service that helps businesses track KPIs, manage daily tasks and team reporting through Telegram, with AI coaching and HR tools.

3. Free trial

New customers get a 14-day free trial. No payment is needed to start, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

4. Plans & payment

Plans are billed in advance — monthly or yearly — in US Dollars, through ABA PayWay. Yearly plans are discounted. Your subscription renews automatically each period unless you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel:

Your next payment is stopped.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
There is no cancellation fee.

6. Refunds

Because of the 14-day free trial, payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except:

First payment: full refund if you ask within 7 days of your first charge.
Monthly plans: after 7 days, the current month is non-refundable; cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Yearly plans: a pro-rated refund for the unused months if you ask within 30 days of the yearly charge.
Wrong or double charges: refunded in full once confirmed.
Setup fees and already-used add-ons are non-refundable.

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method through ABA PayWay, usually within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank). To request a refund, contact us with your account email and the ABA PayWay transaction number.

7. Price changes

We may change prices with advance notice. New prices apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before a change takes effect.

8. Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or do not pay. No refund is given when an account is closed for breaking these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
